At Zohragem, we take great pride in offering high-quality natural gemstones. Each stone is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Custom-cut, personalized, or clearance items are non-returnable.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
