I am Shaikh Fatima, the proud founder of ZohraGems, and I run this venture alongside my husband, Mohammad Najeeb Chaudhary. Our journey began in 2020, driven by a deep-rooted love for gemstones and a shared vision to spread their natural beauty across the world.
It all started with our Etsy shop. In the early days, we were thrilled to make 7 sales by 2022. However, due to financial limitations, we were unable to keep up with payments, and our shop was unfortunately suspended. This was a challenging phase, but it only fueled our determination to rebuild and come back stronger.
My husband’s connection with gemstones began at the young age of 18. He learned from his father, who was deeply involved in the gem trade. Over the years, he developed a deep understanding of natural stones, including agate, citrine, and amethyst—stones known not only for their beauty but for their spiritual and healing properties as well.
We made the bold decision to restart our journey. We cleared our dues on Etsy and launched our very own website: ZohraGems.com. This wasn’t just a business decision—it was a fresh beginning.
